Cop Arrested for Slamming Womans Face

Police Break Down Door Without Warrant.
He witnessed his neighbor being beaten by an ex cop. He got involved & the ex cop beat him, rupturing his spleen. Police refused to press charges on the ex cop and the cops are trying to intimidate him into silence by kicking his door down to “check on him.”

The Orange County District Attorney’s Office has charged Ramos with second-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter. Cicinelli has been charged with involuntary manslaughter and excessive force. Both have pleaded not guilty.
